Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

Customized or customized orders

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Return and exchange details

Any unused, non-custom order is refundable or exchangeable if the return/exchange is made within 5 days of order receipt. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees. The price will be refunded via PayPal after receiving the product and inspecting it.
